OiKONOMOS Club presents seasonal and commercial designer collections straight from the catwalk. The collection is available to view and shop for a limited time only. During this time you can pre-order the latest designer collections. Simply place a 50% deposit at the time of purchase. Once your personal order has been produced from the designer, it will be shipped directly to you at the beginning of the season.
To become a member of OiKONOMOS Club you must fill out the membership form here. Membership is reviewed case by case and you will receive notification of your membership status within 5 working days.

If you know exactly what topic or designer you are looking for, you can search our online magazine by the search function in the top right-hand corner located next to the shopping basket. If you are unsure what you are looking for you may search through the magazine archive by clicking ‘MAGAZINE’ on the main menu and browsing through the magazine volumes.
Placing an order with us is a breeze, whenever you see “View Shop” all you have to do is browse, add, login and checkout.
You may purchase designer collections whenever the shop goes ‘LIVE’. Click on “Shop” to view the designer collections we have available. When the shop is ‘LIVE’, you may browse and purchase that designers’ collection.
Add the item to your basket by selecting the item from the menu list of each look, the size of your choice, and finally the quantity you want and then click the “add to bag” button. The item will be added to your basket and you can continue to shop, read articles or go to checkout.
Checkout by clicking on the shopping basket icon in the top right of your screen and select the “basket and checkout”. Here you can review your choices and once you are ready to buy, simply click the “proceed to checkout” button and follow the prompts to our secure checkout page.
Unfortunately, we are not taking telephone orders for the moment.

At OiKONOMOS.Club we work hard to ensure that your purchase is safe and secure. We work with our payment gateway Stripe to ensure that all orders go through a rigorous fraud-checking process to ensure your protection.
Whenever you purchase pieces from a collection on OiKONOMOS Club, we process this as a “personal order”. The order is then submitted to the designer who will produce the item for you to be delivered at the beginning of the season. Please note that because of the nature of this, we are not able to accept a refund or return on your order.
As sizes vary between designers, you can click on the “View Sizing Guide” on each product page for help with size conversion. Size and fit details listed on the product page are in accordance with the information provided by the designer. When you place your pre-order with OiKONOMOS Club, you are charged a 50% deposit of the total price of the item(s) at checkout. This amount is to secure that the production of your order will be processed by the designer and its team. Once you receive email confirmation that your personal order has arrived typically at the beginning of the season, our team will process the shipping procedure immediately. The total price includes shipping fees, taxes and/or duties (if applicable).
Once you’ve placed an order with us, we receive a notification which informs us of your order.
Each order is processed internally by our team which is then produced by the designer. Our team works closely with the designer house to ensure smooth communications of the process. Delivery of items are typically within 6 months of placing your order. Once we have received your item(s) from the designer, you will receive an email notifying you that your item is ready is to be shipped. The orders are shipped by our delivery partner, DHL which usually takes 5 working days between 9am to 5pm to be delivered. For security reasons, all orders must be signed for upon delivery.
You will receive email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. You may check the status of your shipment by logging on to DHL.com and entering your unique tracking number which will be sent in the email confirming that your order has been dispatched. The orders are shipped by our delivery partner, DHL which usually takes 5 working days between 9am to 5pm to be delivered. For security reasons, all orders must be signed for upon delivery.
Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email. You may log onto DHL.com and enter the tracking number in order to track the status of your shipment. Alternatively, you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track the order on your behalf.
Unfortunately, once an order has been made, you may not cancel it. Please make sure you check your order thoroughly before purchase.
OiKONOMOS strives to make every order met by working directly with each designer featured in the shop. However, in certain circumstances, the order collated from OiKONOMOS may not meet the minimum requirements set out by the designer. In such circumstances, we may have to cancel your order. The payment will be 100% refunded in these cases and we will notify you by email. The refund should be reflected on your statement within five business days.
As a pre-order is a personal order created just for you we are unfortunately unable to take returns or exchanges. However, if you find something wrong with your order please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you with your query.
Yes. All goods are entitled to customs and import tax charges according to each country. DHL is our dedicated delivery service and all taxes and duties applicable will be processed on the second payment. Most destinations outside of the UK are delivered on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. The shipping courier will invoice you upon delivery of your package.
If you would like to change the shipping information on an order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, once an order has been made, you may not edit it. Please make sure you check your order thoroughly before purchase.

If you’ve forgotten your login or password, simply click the “Forgotten Password?” prompt when attempting to sign into your OiKONOMOS CLUB account. Upon doing this a password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Sign into your OiKONOMOS CLUB account and click on “My Account” to access the my account homepage. Simply click on “View Account Details” to edit your log-in information. Alternatively, if you need help changing your email or password, please contact Customer Care at email@example.com.
If you would like to unsubscribe from email updates, please email Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org to remove your email from our online Newsletter. You may also click the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of each Newsletter email and follow the steps prompted in the window. Please allow up to 48 hours for your unsubscription request to take effect.
Yes, we are a fashion platform. Currently, our objective is to bring creative designer’s collections from Europe and Americas to the Far East in the field of fashion. Sometimes fashion designers create lifestyle products and this can be part of the collection they are offering in which case we will be presenting these. It is entirely up to the designers to expand their collection into lifestyle. We are happy to relay your feedback to the designers and you can leave your feedback here.
Our aim is to bring designers from Europe and Americas to the Far East. We have begun with a small selection of designers from London for menswear and womenswear and will expand slowly to include more designers. Each designer’s collection includes a large selection, if not in its entirety, from the catwalk with some added commercial items and colour variations. The full list of designers currently available to shop can be found here and will be updated every season.

Do bear in mind that we are still at the beta stage for the platform and our aim is to progress slowly so we may be slow to incorporating all feedback.

Your privacy is critically important to us. At Oikonomos we have a few fundamental principles:
- We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We can’t stand services that ask you for things like your gender or income level for no apparent reason.)
- We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
- We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.
Oikonomos London Limitied (“Oikonomos”) operates OiKONOMOS.Club through its Word Press based platform operated by Oikonomos.com. It is Oikonomos’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
Like most website operators, Oikonomos collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Oikonomos’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Oikonomos’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Oikonomos may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Oikonomos also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on WordPress.com blogs. Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to Oikonomos’s websites choose to interact with Oikonomos in ways that require Oikonomos to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Oikonomos gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for OiKONOMOS.Club to provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions with Oikonomos –are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. Oikonomos may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, Oikonomos may monitor the most popular blogs on the WordPress.com site or use spam screened by the Akismet service to help identify spam. Oikonomos may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Oikonomos does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
Oikonomos discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Oikonomos’s behalf or to provide services available at Oikonomos’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. If Oikonomos, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Oikonomos goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Oikonomos may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
Comments and other content submitted to our anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives or missed spam, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives and missed spam.
